The Lew Electric 523-DP is a 4-inch round brass cover that features two 1 1⁄2-inch screw plugs. The cover is designed for a duplex receptacle application in the 812 series and 32 series boxes. It includes a cork gasket and three 8/32 by 1⁄2-inch screws.
